Within Pune: We arrange delivery via Porter, a reputable local courier. These deliveries include real-time tracking and typically arrive within 3 days once your item is ready. Porter’s intercity courier service is known for reliability, promising parcels reach their destination efficiently and safely. You will receive tracking updates until the item is delivered.

 

What about deliveries outside Pune?

Outside Pune: For deliveries beyond Pune, you have two options: you can arrange your own transport, or we can assist by booking a carrier, such as Porter’s intercity courier. In either case, you can monitor the shipment, ensuring transparency.

Who pays for shipping?

Delivery Charges: All shipping/delivery costs are borne by the customer. Delivery fees vary by distance, weight, and carrier. We will inform you of any delivery charges at checkout or before dispatch. This is standard practice in the furniture industry.

How long does delivery take?

Production time for custom items is typically 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity. Once ready, delivery within Pune is about 3 days, while outside varies by location and carrier.
